Welcome to The Stay Club Willesden

The Stay Club Willesden offers a solid stay for travelers seeking affordability combined with a central location in London’s multicultural NW10 district. Nestled on 5J Nicoll Road, this hotel is a practical choice for visitors eager to explore local attractions such as the Victorian-era Jubilee Clock and Roundwood Park while enjoying access to a diverse array of global cafes nearby.

Guests consistently praise the welcoming and attentive staff, who create a warm atmosphere despite the hotel’s modest appearance. The 24/7 front desk presence provides a reassuring sense of security and convenience. Inside, the rooms are clean and thoughtfully designed, with some even featuring small kitchens—an appreciated detail for longer stays or guests who like to cook. However, some rooms show signs of wear, indicating that while the hotel prioritizes value, it may not offer the modern polish found in higher-end accommodations.

Connectivity is a mixed bag: free Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, a significant improvement noted by repeat visitors, yet mobile phone signals can be weak within the building. Power outlets are limited, which could be a minor inconvenience for tech-heavy travelers. The hotel does not offer amenities like a fitness center, pool, or airport shuttle, but it does provide useful services such as free parking and laundry, appealing to longer-term guests and families alike.

What stands out most about The Stay Club Willesden is its balance—a straightforward, no-frills lodging option that wins favor through its genuine hospitality and practical amenities. While some guests have felt uneasy traveling through the surrounding neighborhood initially, the positive experiences inside the hotel tend to outweigh early reservations. This layered experience captures a sense of authenticity emblematic of London’s diverse, evolving neighborhoods.

In summary, The Stay Club Willesden isn’t about luxury but about earnest value, community-oriented service, and strategic location. For travelers who appreciate a friendly welcome, clean rooms, and a taste of local flavor, this hotel offers a commendable base to explore London’s vibrant northwest.

We stayed here with a group of friends and I remember getting the taxi and we were nervous because error taxi was going through the rough part of London and it did not feel safe but when we got to the reception we were created by a lovely lady who ensured we had everything we need for a stay we then got the elevator to our floor and we were impressed by how futuristic it looked when we got to our room we had a double bed at the bottom and double bed at the top it was bunk Style and I liked that you could change the height of the top bed. There was also a wet room and this was quite small where if you needed to have a shower you had to put the toilet down because the shower would make your toilet soaking wet. I like that you could charge your device downstairs and the Wi-Fi is a lot stronger by the reception instead of up in the rooms. There is an underground that you can go to for easy access to London. I recommend coming here because it is fairly cheap but the location is not ideal there are some good shops nearby but I did not safe there at night

Had the most fabulous time at The Stay Club Willesden. I held a crafting workshop in one of the meeting rooms and I couldn’t be any happier. The hotel room itself was also very cosy and I was surprised to see it had a small kitchen too. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I can’t recall the names of the receptionists but they are all clearly very hardworking people and an asset to the company. Looking forward to my next visit. My only wish is for the mobile phone service in the hotel room to be stronger as well as the internet in the meeting rooms.

Nice place, helpful staff and the 24/7 desk is very useful. No mobile signal inside but the WiFi must have been hugely improved from previous reviews as it was easy to connect to and very fast. Nice location with easy access to the tube and plenty of places to eat nearby, plus cooking facilities in the room. Rooms are slightly run down and dated, but for the price provide excellent value, would recommend staying here!

It's very clean. For a small place you get a lot fitted In. Internet is very slow. Only one plug socket. Nice staff. Very secure.
